Ross Asset Advisors offers a guarantee that we believe is unique in our industry: Our No Exceptions Guarantee.  We are completely confident in our skills and advice, and we know that you will enjoy working with us.

Q: What is covered under your No Exceptions Guarantee?

A: Our guarantee has no exceptions. We bill quarterly - and if you decide any time during the first quarter that you’re unhappy and want to end our relationship, you will receive a full refund.

Q: Is this type of guarantee common among financial advisors?

A: No, it’s not. This is another way that Ross Asset Advisors is unique. We stand 100% behind our offering.

Q: Does your guarantee cover my portfolio returns?

A: No one can guarantee that your investments will go up (or will not go down), and it is against the law for a registered investment advisor to make those claims.  Our guarantee covers 100% of fees paid to Ross Asset Advisors.  Although we have had no refund requests, we suspect that anyone breaking off our relationship would do so prior to our executing any trades.
